Focus Academy is a tuition-free Florida public charter school. We provide students with cognitive and developmental challenges a community that supports feelings of value, connection and lifetime success. Our innovative and integrated teaching approach equips students with the necessary skills to live purposeful and enriched lives.
Established in 2012, Focus Academy is the dream of a small group of parents of children with special needs. The founders decided to create a school environment where future generations of children would be prepared for academic, social and workplace success and be valued and supported. Partnering with professionals in the community their dream became a reality.
